Policy

Mission: Your Hair and Beauty Satisfaction is My Purpose

Effective from Friday 1^st August, 2023.

The Bellisima terms outline Bellisima’s and the client’s obligations and responsibilities when using the Bellisima Webpage, Facebook or any other electronic platform or direct communication.

Please read these terms and policies including the client standards, guidelines and privacy policy carefully before using the Bellisima platform and services available.

Client Standards

No Tolerance for inappropriate behaviour on behalf of stylist or beautician.

Informed Consent – you must be over 18 years of age; consent can be revoked at any stage. Understand and consent to the pre-arranged treatment or beauty service.

Stylist or Beautician Safety – You should not make the cosmetologist feel uncomfortable with inappropriate comments or behaviour e.g verbal comments, non-verbal such as gestures, winks, inappropriate touching etc or inappropriate nudity or disrobing.

Conditions

Personalised Gift Vouchers are available for different occasions. Gift Certificates must be used before the end of the expiry date and are NOT redeemable for cash. If the Gift Certificate is not used before the expiry date, it is invalid. No refund. No excuses.

Gift Certificates must be produced when receiving gift treatments.

Reward & Loyalty cards for loyal, regular and weekly clients are available.

Hair & Beauty Treatments All prices quoted are subject to change. The price can change once hair is assessed e.g. depending on actual hair length and density, or if the client wishes to have different hair colour treatments etc or styles that require more than one hair colour, and therefore any price or quote given is to be considered as ‘from that price’. Extra charges apply when extra product is used.

Extra costs may impact the quote if: –

The booking is on a public holiday or long weekend
Ceremony times are considered undesirable times e.g. after 6.00 pm to 7.00 am.
Travel fees
Number of people needed for the party
Parking fees may be incurred

Makeup

Experience of beautician
Product cost e.g. cleanser, toner, moisturiser, primer, foundation etc, false lashes (optional)
Prep-sanitising equipment, setup and pack up

Including

Consultation
Multiple emails in pre planning
Discussing your ultimate wedding or event look
And covers other business costs

Please note many of the Hair & Beauty prices have not changed since 2020. Products that increase in price will be passed onto Bellisima Hair & Beauty treatments.

Bellisima Hair & Beauty supports professional Hair & Beauty treatment at reasonable prices. Both traditional and organic, sulphate free and cruelty free products are used for best hair and beauty care, respect to the environment and avoiding animal tested.

Minimum Mobile Hair & Beauty Service Spend: Minimum hair & beauty mobile service is $150.00.

Hair Length is as follows:

Above the shoulder = Short Hair
Between shoulder to under the breast line = Medium length
Below the breast line = Long Hair

Travel Fees & Deposit apply dependent on distance from the studio. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Extra charges apply for long weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation Fees as part of the agreement between Bellisima Hair and Beauty da solo Studio Pty Ltd with the client for the relevant booking:

Allow you to make appointment changes, or cancel the appointment with a refund for that service provided that the change or cancellation is made:

More than 24 hours (24) before the scheduled appointment
charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the relevant service fee if you cancel or amend the booking:
less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment but with at least 4 hours’ notice and,
the stylist or beautician who accepted your appointment did not approve your change or cancellation request
charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% to the relevant appointment service if the stylist or beautician who accepted your appointment request did not respond to or approve your change or cancellation request and you cancel or amend the booking less than 4 hours before the appointment time, or
the stylist or beautician is already on their way to the scheduled appointment, has arrived or has started the session or treatment, or
you are more than 20 minutes late or do not show up to your scheduled appointment within 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, or
you have not provided or arranged access for the stylist or beautician to the scheduled appointment location, or

you have not indicated at the time of placing your booking request any pre-existing conditions, injuries or allergies which would be considered as contra-indications, or
you have not provided a safe working environment for the stylist or beautician, including but not limited to being intoxicated and displaying antisocial behaviour toward the stylist or beautician or having the appointment location unhygienic and present safety and health risk for the stylist or beautician.

Privacy

At Bellisima Hair & Beauty da solo Studio Pty Ltd, (ABN 966 254 097 34) we gather some information from our guests, clients and visitors and others who come into our contact. We respect and understand that your privacy is very important. This privacy policy is compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 your information is held and used to improve our services for the benefit of our clients. We do not share this information. We do not intend to spam you with unwanted mail, and all our optional communication can be unsubscribed from.

Generally, the information we collect from you will be used in the following ways:

to communicate with you
to inform you of our services, appointment times & reminder messages
to provide you with relevant service information
to help us improve our services and products

By using Bellisima electronic applications and website, or any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms of Service.
